    Descriptive history:
    The 127 file type contains data from the intravenous glucose-exercise tolerance test (IVX). The coding of Card 1 deals with factors known to influence the results of the IVX. These factors include the BLSA participant's family history of diabetes mellitus, medications and diseases known to affect the test, and technical factors that influence the results of the test.
