The Govt intends to award a sole source contract (FAR Part 13.5) for the following products and services to BAE Systems National Security Solutions, at Holly Van Valin, 11487 Sunset Hills Rd. Reston, VA 20190 Note:  This firm is the sole provider of these GXP SOCETs.  The proposed contract action is for items for which the Government intends to solicit only one source.  Under the authority of FAR 8.405-6 & FAR 16.505, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requriements.  DELIVERY: 30 Days ADC.  All responses received within posting timeline will be considered by the Government.  A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order/ contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.  Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.  Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement not later than 2:00 PM 19 September 2008.
