Re: Test results of a bleeder



Dear High-pt upgraders,

  The knowledge is being updated continuously.
Motoi-san intensively studied our PMT base, and
make our knowledge updated that the power consumption
of the PMT base is better in the real one, compared
to the description on the CDR.

 Let's keep our knowledge up to date.
