"The National Guard is called in for national emergencies, and the massive flow of illegal immigrants across our borders is a national emergency. I agree with the President that we need to regain control over our borders, but also we must enforce our immigration laws. Millions wait their turn to enter the nation legally - that's is the American way - instead of sneaking across the border. I would like to see illegal immigrants return to their home nations and apply to return to the United States on an expedited basis with priority given to those meeting criteria such as fluency in English, work skills, and length of time in this nation. Above all, we need to strengthen our border security with walls and more immigration officers."
