Goddard IFMP Town Hall Meeting

Please mark your calendar now and plan to come to the second, monthly Integrated Financial Management Program's (IFMP) Town Hall on April 23rd in the building 3 Goett auditorium from 12:30 p.m. to 2 p.m. (Note: CHANGE in time and location) This meeting is designed to be an informal, open forum for all employees both civil servant and contractor alike to talk with the IFM Team and ask questions.

Six Weeks Left to Complete Your Core Financial Training

If you have been mapped to a Core Financial role, by now you should be registered for your instructor-led training (ILT), taking your RWD SAP Navigational course, and taking your web-based training (WBT). The Core Financial system will go live June 23, 2003 at GSFC. Based on the Implementation efforts at the other Centers, we know that end user preparation is a critical factor of success that needs to be addressed as we transition to Core Financial. Completing all your ILT and WBT not only helps prepare you to use the system, it also determines whether or not you are granted access to the system.

Core Financial training will prepare and enable you to perform your job aligned to your specific role mapping, which was reviewed and approved by your Manager and/or Supervisor. Both ILT and WBT provide hands-on practice and the opportunity to become comfortable with the Core Financial system.

ILT started April 1 and ends May 30. You can begin your WBT immediately by clicking on http://cfwebcourse.ifmp.nasa.gov. Please note: When you take your ILT or WBT, you must complete the course evaluation survey to show that you have completed the course.
