everyone at this dinner-only bento box of a room where there's "no 
ambiance, but no matter" since it's what's on the plate that counts - "give 
me catfish now!"

Tommy Tang, is the chef credited with starting the Pacific Rim 
cuisine movement in the late 1970's. "His talent for combining flavors from 
around the world using his native Thailand as his focus is truly unmatched and 
the presentation is always exquisite. "With its light pecan floors, brushed steel and 
granite bar and softly hand painted walls, this space has been heralded as "a 
natural oasis in design." Chef Tang once again does not disappoint us with his 
unique version of modern Thai cuisine & sushi. His signature dishes such as 
crispy Long Island Duck with honey ginger sauce and giant tiger prawns are old 
favorites. As the Pasadena Star News recently said, "We only hope Tommy 
Tang is as happy with us as we are with him."

    Pasadena's most famous Chinese experience now has a West 
Hollywood branch, drawing hordes of Beverly Hills, Bel Air and 
Brentwood folk hungry for Kangian nouvelle Chinese cuisine that's

believe"; expect "smallish portions" and "large prices", but it's "in a
