Contact Information:The on duty CBP Inspector at the airport may be away from the telephone several times through the day to clear arriving cargo or aircraft. Leave a voice mail with your return number and someone will respond to your call as soon as possible.
Reporting Requirements:Pilots must give a minimum 1 hour advance notice of their intended arrival. Voice mail and faxes are NOT acceptable means of delivering such notice. Contact the FSS at Great Falls by calling 406-761-7110 and they can page an inspector during normal business hours. Pilots wishing to arrive outside of normal business hours must make FIRM PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS with the CBP Inspector who is on duty between 0800 and 1600.
Special Instructions:Arrivals at Helena Airport are by Appointment Only
Special Instructions:Effective August 1st, 2003 the CBP inspection facility at the Great Falls International Airport will relocate from the main terminal to a stand-alone facility on the northeast side of the airport. All telephone numbers will remain the same. Airfield side directional signage may not be in place for several weeks, but FAA Control Tower will direct aircraft to the CBP ramp.

Directions to Port Office
Interstate 15:Go East on Central Avenue for about 4 miles to Third Street North. Just past the Main Post Office, you will see the Wells Fargo Bank building on your right. Customs and Border Protection is located on the second floor.
Tenth Avenue South:Go North on Second Street South about 1 1/2 miles to 1st Ave North. Turn right on 1st Ave North for 1 block; you will see the Wells Fargo Bank building on your right. Customs and Border Protection is located on the second floor.
