YYYYMMDD is the current dateCC is the cycle time (00,06,12 or 18)
NNN is the number (name) of ensemble members (c00,p01-p20).
FILE_TYPE is a descriptor for the file type of data files contained in the subdirectory.
Examples of FILE_TYPE that will be on the NCEP ftp server include:

pgrba - grib1 1.0 deg, contains the most commonly used parameters.

pgrbalr - grib1 2.5 deg, contains the most commonly used parameters.

pgrbb - grib1 1.0 deg, contains lesser used parameters.

pgrbblr - grib1 2.5 deg, contains lesser used parameters.

pgrb2a - grib2 1.0 deg, contains the most commonly used parameters.

pgrb2alr - grib2 2.5 deg, contains the most commonly used parameters.

pgrb2b - grib2 1.0 deg, contains lesser used parameters.

pgrb2blr - grib2 2.5 deg, contains lesser used parameters.

enstat - grib1/grib2 2.5 degree (Bias Corrected/Non-Bias Corrected) Precipitation Products

wafs - (1.25x1.25) "thinned" grids covering the globe by octants of 3447 points for WAFS, ICAO, FOS and International Exchange Grids
