           land surface.
top:       Orthometric height of the top of the well screen or core;
           accuracy 2 cm in most cases.
bot:       Orthometric height of the bottom of the well screen or core;
           accuracy 2 cm in most cases.
X:         X coordinate in UTM zone 14 meters, NAD83; accuracy 2 cm.
Y:         Y coordinate in UTM zone 14 meters, NAD83; accuracy 2 cm.

NOTE CONCERNING MP'S OF MLS WELLS:

    The individual wells in each MLS well cluster are approximately
    the same elevation.  However, the precise elevation has only been
    measured for one selected well within each cluster, usually the
    highest individual well in the cluster.  In most cases, the
    difference in elevation between the well of known elevation and
    any other well in the cluster is less than 2 cm.
