Federal Laws, Executive Orders and EEOC regulations mandate special emphasis programs to ensure that equal opportunity in employment and equal treatment of all employees exists in the Federal sector. These programs have the following overall goals:

  • To overcome barriers that restricts equal employment opportunity for women, minorities and individuals with disabilities.
