Winkowski appointed DFO for South Florida

(06/05/2002)I am pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Thomas Winkowski as Director of Field Operations for South Florida, effective immediately.

Mr. Winkowski, who has been serving as the Acting Director of Field Operations for South Florida since January, has extensive experience as a field and headquarters manager. Throughout his 27-year career at Customs, he has demonstrated a commitment to excellence in public service and has been recognized as an outstanding professional and leader.
