Conference attendees register for the January 2004 Trade Support Network Plenary Session held in Torrance, California.Janet Pence, TSN Coordinator, opens the conference with a welcome to the membership.Chip Bown, Fed Ex Trade Networks, and Jim Phillips, General Motors, participate on the panel for the Release 3 Status Update.Janet Shearn, UPS, provided the perspective of a large carrier on the Release 4 Truck Manifest Status Update panel.An 'Electronic Meeting' format allowed members to type in their questions and comments during the Release 3 User Interface Presentation for Brokers and Vendors.Other members attended the Release 3 User Interface Presentation for Carriers.Rob Rattray, representing Canadian Customs and Revenue Agency,  has a question for the presenters.Barry O'Brien, Hasbro, makes up the other half of the trade team presenting Entry Transactions Via the Web Portal.Sharon Mazur, Acting Executive Director, Customs and Border Protection Modernization Office, speaks to the plenary session at the January 2004 Trade Support Network conference.
