How do I "check out" library material?
Call the library circulation desk at 202.927.1350, or send an e-mail message to hq.library@customs.treas.gov. Include your Customs e-mail address, phone number, complete mailing address, as well as the complete title of the material.

The IRC will register your name in the library system and mail the material to you.

The circulation time is four weeks and you must return the material to the library within that time period.

Remember: You are personally accountable for any lost or damaged library material.
