Surety Inquiries
Each month, the Revenue Division sends each surety a report listing their open bills by importer name. The report, known as the 612 Report, provides the surety with specific entry, bill, and protest information as reflected in ACS at the end of the month. If a surety determines that bill information is needed more frequently, they should request to receive the information through the Automated Surety Interface (ASI). Through ASI, sureties can receive this information on a daily download basis. To request ASI access, sureties should contact Mr. Conrad Henry, ACS Systems Specialists, at (202) 772-1104.
