Information on an IHI Web & Action program is below in this email. The program may be of use to listserv members who want to progress faster in addressing Health Literacy through healthcare professionals and their organizations. The program is an action-based learning venue where teams complete pre-work, attend 3 web sessions, and perform tests of change between the sessions. It is designed (and priced) for the IHI IMPACT membership organizations' teams and available to all interested teams.
