Rolling Stock Purchases includes rail cars and spare parts. Rolling Stock Rehab includes rehabilitation and mid-life rebuild. Rolling Stock Other includes vehicle overhaul and design. Fixed Guideway funds used for bus / ferry vehicles or rehab are shown in the Other category.
