Effective November 4,
2007, the State of Indiana transitioned from three time zone
arrangements to two.

All Indiana counties now observe Daylight Savings Time.

In the
Southern District of Indiana, the
Indianapolis,
Terre Haute (excluding Knox County), and New Albany Divisions,
as well as the counties within those divisions, are in the
U.S. Eastern Time Zone.

The
Evansville
Division
and the counties within the Division (Daviess, Dubois, Gibson, Martin, Perry, Pike, Posey, Spencer,
Vanderburgh and Warrick) along with Knox County within the
Terre Haute Division
are in the
U.S. Central Time
Zone.
