IFM Wallops
Expo and Upcoming Town Hall Meetings
In a continuing
series of Integrated Financial Management (IFM) communication events,
the IFM team launched their first IFM Expo at the Wallops Space
Flight Facility. About 100 civil servants and contractors participated
in this event with IFM project leadership, and received individualized
assistance from project representatives, including real-time experience
with current IFM system applications. Mark Walther, the IFM Project
Offices Chief, and Joanne Sprunk, the Core Financial Project Manager,
fielded questions from a variety of current and future IFM users.
The next day, the Core Financial team continued working with Wallop's
employees at pre-training workshops.

Additionally,
the IFM team will launch a series of Town Hall meetings beginning
March 20th from 1:30-3:00 in Building 26, Room 205, in an effort
to continue reaching out to Goddard Space Flight Center employees.
Similar to the Wallop's Expo, these events will provide employees
with an open forum to ask questions of the IFM project leadership
and gain better understanding of the changes to come. For more information
on the IFM Program, and how it is striving to address the needs
of our community, visit its Goddard-specific website at: http://ifmpinfo.gsfc.nasa.gov/
