Arc and polygon topology exist, and attribute data follow the USGS DLG standard. A polygon attribute was added (MID-ELEV) that is the mean elevation based on the lowest and highest elevations reported in the arc-attribute table for all arcs that define the respective polygon. The original USGS DLG dataset was last updated and published on (YEAR/Month): 198809.
