The contractor is to provide complete services to include: supply 1 each port-a-potty to be emptied and cleaned weekly, weekly grease removal from a 3500 and a 2000 gallon tank, quarterly cleaning of a 2000 gallon lint trap, quarterly cleaning of 2 each 2000 gallon septic tanks, and as needed, pumping of a 2000 gallon tank at abandoned sewage treatment plant - estimated 2 pumpings per year. The contract shall consist of a base year with four (4) twelve (12) month option periods for renewal.
