Code of Conduct
Employees follow the Code of Conduct and take pride in their mission to the public. In order to maintain the highest standards of integrity, it is important to understand the procedures and regulations on ethics, security, and conduct.

Following are the procedures and regulations which will enable you to perform your duties in a professional manner that brings honor and respect to both you and the United States of America.

  • Employee Responsibilities and Conduct, 5 CFR 735

Workers Compensation
As a Federal employee, you are entitled to compensation benefits for a disability due to personal injury or illness while in performance of your duties.

The Federal Employees' Compensation Act (FECA) is administered by the Office of Worker's Compensation Programs (OWCP), Department of Labor. OWCP is responsible for reviewing your injury claim, deciding if you are entitled to benefits, and paying any benefits.

For more information, contact your local Injury Compensation Coordinator (ICC).
