The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) Secure Data Portal provides information with which account holders can identify and evaluate compliance issues and monitor daily operations. ACE allows users to access the reports tool, compile data and perform national trend analysis versus individual transactions-based analysis.

Features of ACE reports

  • ACE portal users can access over 100 standard reports on company-specific compliance, transaction and financial data from both ACE and the Automated Commercial System.

    • Sorting, adding or removal of data.
    • Creation of custom charts and graphs.
    • Saving of personalized or uniquely formatted reports as templates so that data can be easily recompiled.
  • Users can schedule reports to run automatically, at the date, time and frequency of their choosing.
  • Authorized data extracts provide users greater flexibility by allowing them to download large sums of account data and import it into a local reporting system.
