Hardwire loop redundancy test (2)

                                                        
  The hardwire loop redundancy test will test to see if 
  the Tev dump and bypass loop will work. To manually do
  this, do the following:                               
                                                        
   1. On the loop controller beside console 7, make the 
      bypass and dump loop continuous (top red LEDs')   
      while in "loop test". You'd better have reset the 
      QPM's or the bypass and dump loop will not become 
      continuous!                                       
   2. Interrupt at *BEGIN HWL TEST. All errors will     
      appear on the lexidata.
