Soft Studies Using Decaysdpi0
In this appendix, we present a study of reconstruction methods
(vertexing and energy constraints) and various cuts on soft from
decays. The initial determination of good requirements
concentrated on all which are heavily biased towards high momentum
. The kinematics of soft are quite different and demand a
different set of requirements. The findings of this study help us make
intelligent choices in the kinematically similar analysis. The high
statistics available in
decays provide an
understanding of soft in a way that studying decays simply
cannot.
