AWE reports
These technical reports (all unclassified) are not in the public domain,
but may be available on request if the sponsor agrees.
Some reports were distributed to staff at LANL and LLNL.
(Some classified reports were also distributed through JAIEG.
Classified papers appear in proceedings of the
Nuclear Explosives Code Developers' Conference, 1990 and 1994.)
HWH R-series reports were issued through the Head of Warhead Hydrodynamics (HWH)
(or the Hydrodynamics Department - HD).
SHR/TERNs are "Theoretical and Experimental Research Notes" issued through
the Superintendent of Hydrodynamics Research.
MMG reports were issued through the Material Modelling Group in the
Hydrodynamics Department.
These reports were all peer reviewed at the corresponding level;
R-series reports and SHR/TERNs are roughly equivalent to reasonable
journal publications.
