THE PROJECT consists of the alteration of the existing Jet Engine Maintenance Shop, Building 800, with interior alterations for a properly sized and configured shop in support of the F-22 Beddown. This project includes interior demolition; a new bridge crane with hoists, new hoists to an existing bridge crane, toilet renovations with new interior finishes, existing overhead door modifications, and chemically resistive shop floor coating. The support utilities include modifications to the existing water, electricity, gas, sanitary and storm sewer, fire protection, and communications/data cable, conduits, and coordination.

THE PROJECT will be advertised as an Invitation for Bid (IFB). Proposed procurement will result in a firm-fixed price contract.
