General Comment

To Whom It May Concern:

Thank you for providing an opportunity to include comments about the renewal of
gun laws for National Wildlife parks and Refuges. I would like to see the plan
expand the current opportunities to protect myself and family within each and
every Wildlife Park and Refuge. I consider these areas not to be just a refuge
for wildlife but also a refuge to all American families that enjoy the outdoors.
To take the family to hunt, fish, camp, hike in appreciation of God's Creation
in our parks and refuges is a wonderful privilege. Every opportunity I have to
teach my children the importance of protecting the environment and ecosystems is
an opportunity for the next generation to have a right perspective of their
responsibilities to Creation.

Please expand the right to protect my family from those who would harm them and
the environment. A firearm on hikes or while fishing for protection from snakes,
dangerous animals and most of all men who would harm my family, will provide
us-law abiding citizens a sense of security one less worry while enjoying the
great outdoors. I have a wife and two daughters to think about while camping,
hiking or just taking photos and if a rabid animal or a person with ill
intention should approach me and my family a firearm will provide us an
opportunity to protect ourselves. Please consider the local State and Federal
laws already in existence and provide a way for me and my family to have a peace
of mind while enjoying the America we love! Thank you again for your help.
