General Comment

As a frequent traveller and a hard-of-hearing patron, it would be most helpful to have better accessibility. Better signage when zones or seating numbers are called, captioned PA announcements, written scripts of security questions, and even captioned movies. There certainly can be things done without additional equipment -- for example, most of the desks at the gates have LED displays showing flight times and destinations. It should be easy to integrate the boarding call by putting rows, seat numbers, etc on these existing LED screens.

Thank you very much for your consideration.
