The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives intends to negotiate a sole source award with CGI Federal for 1,000 licenses of BEA Weblogic to include Advantage, Tuxedo, and Jolt bundled software. The existing user licenses work in conjunction with CGI Federal's proprietary Momentum Financial and Acquisitions software application on the existing ATF infrastructure.
