2007 High School Science Bowl

The U.S. Department of Energy and Brookhaven National Laboratory would like to congratulate the participants in the Regional High School Science Bowl, held February 10, 2007 at Brookhaven National Laboratory. 

This year's competition was sponsored by Brookhaven Science Associates, the Long Island Science Center, and Teachers Federal Credit Union.  Delia Gibbs, from the Long Island Science Center, joined us at the beginning of the competition.  Robert Allen, President and CEO of Teachers Federal Credit Union, made closing remarks and assisted in awarding prizes.

We sincerely thank all of the friends, colleagues, and employees of Brookhaven National Laboratory who volunteered their time and energy at the 2007 Regional High School Science Bowl.

	First place was taken by Ward Melville
