PSP Global Horizontal W/m2 03/08/2007 - 23214F3 110.74 W/m2/mV
Total Hemispheric shortwave irradiance as measured by an Eppley Laboratory, Inc. Model PSP (Precision Spectral Pyranometer) with calibration factor traceable to the World Radiometric Reference (WRR).
(calc) Direct Normal (calculated) W/m2 03/08/2007 -
Direct (Beam) shortwave irradiance is calculated using the formula: Global = Direct * Cosine(Zenith) + Corrected Diffuse. Note: Direct is set to zero when the Zenith >= 88.5.
PSP Diffuse Horizontal W/m2 03/08/2007 - 23224F3 117.96 W/m2/mV
Diffuse (Sky) shortwave irradiance measured by a PSP mounted under a manually-adjusted shadow band. Due to the presense of the shadow band a 10% to 18% increase is needed, depending on solar declination for the day of data. Both the corrected and un-corrected diffuse data are provided.
CR510-T CR510 Temperature oC 03/08/2007 -
CR510 data logger panel temperature.
CR510-B CR510 Battery Voltage oC 03/08/2007 -
CR510 data logger battery voltage.
(calc) Zenith Angle o 03/08/2007 -
Solar zenith angle (refracted). Calculated after datacollection (outside the datalogger) using the Solar Position Algorithm (SPA) and added to the datastream.
(calc) Azimuth Angle o 03/08/2007 -
Solar azimuth angle. Calculated after datacollection (outside the datalogger) using the Solar Position Algorithm (SPA) and added to the datastream.
(calc) Airmass - 03/08/2007 -
Relative optical airmass (not pressure corrected). Calculated after datacollection (outside the datalogger) using the Solar Position Algorithm (SPA) and added to the datastream.
