[IGSSTATION-1768]: WTZL now a GPS+GLONASS Station, receiver replaced

Ladies and Gentlemen
WTZL is now also a GPS+GLONASS Station,
with RTCM 3.0 available.
A new LEICA GRX1200GGPRO GPS+GLONASS
Receiver from LEICA Geosystems replaced the
LEICA GRX1200PRO, 2007-09-06T13:00Z.
It is operating in addition to WTZR, WTZZ,
WTZA, WTZJ and WTZS in the Fundamentalstation
Wettzell, Germany.
Although WTZL is not an accepted IGS Station,
we also know users of this site and
will inform them with an IGS Station Mail.
