Hodges) - Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 8002(c) gives the bankruptcy court discretion to enlarge the time to file an appeal as long as the request is made during the twenty-day period following the expiration of the original ten-day period, and the court does not have discretion to enlarge the time if the request is made thereafter.
