LBNL 13^h Annual Craft Fair 2008

It's that time of year again, to start working on your crafts for the LBNL Craft Fair !

If you would like to put up more posters about the craft fair around the lab, either email Robin for copies, or download the PDF Poster file here .

IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO PARTICIPATE:

1. Email Robin (RDMitchell@lbl.gov) with the following information:
   - Name
   - Email Address
   - Phone number or lab extension
   - Mailing Address (LBNL mailstop or home address)
   - What you plan to sell
   - Number of tables (2 - 3'x3' tables + 2 chairs is the normal layout -- indicate if you need more than that
   - Booth number you would like to have (I can't guarantee you will get it, but I will try).
   
2. Fill in the Liability Waiver Form (downloadable from this web site as either MS Word Doc file or Adobe PDF) and snail mail it to Robin (address is on the form). If you don't have the ability to download these forms, email Robin (RDMitchell@lbl.gov) and she can snail mail one to you. You can't participate if this form is not received before the Craft Fair.

GENERAL INFORMATION:

• All items for sale must be hand made

• Each crafter must donate one of their sale items to the raffle

• There will be electrical outlets for booths along the window wall, if arrange ahead of time.

• Each booth consists of 2 - 3'x3' tables and 2 chairs -- indicate in your email if you need more or less than that

• PARKING the day of the event -- this is still being determined: 
  2:30 - 3:30 pm: there should be 4 spaces reserved in front of the cafeteria for loading an unloading -- Security will be there to facilitate that.
  2:30 - 6:30 pm: Lot Z is not available -- we are working on an alternate place to park and will let you know when we have figured this out
  Security said that you can park in the upper cafeteria lot (maybe put a sign in the windshield saying you are a craft fair vendor).

• RAFFLE -- it will be a "silent raffle" -- people will fill out raffle tickets, put them in a box, we will pick names every half hour, then write the winners on a board (flip chart) and the winners can pick them up at the raffle booth (location still to be determined). 

WHAT YOU SHOULD PROVIDE FOR YOUR BOOTH: 

• Table covering
• Decorative Materials
• Easels/Display racks
• Change/money

BOOTH LAYOUT:        

The booth layout will be similar to last year. I have made the jewelry booths GREEN in order to easily see where they are to try to separate them from each other.
