Subject: Hyougo-ken Nanbu earthquake mosaic - GPS results from GSI

Hiro Tsuji and colleagues at GSI in Japan have produced
preliminary displacement results from the national continuous
GPS network there.  Hiro said it's OK for me to help with
distributing these early results via a mosaic site.  The
new mosaic site is:
