This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation FA4861-08-Q-B545 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12 and 13. Delivery of the items as stated in Attachment 1 will be FOB destination to Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada, 89191-7063. Delivery will be no later than 30 days after receipt of order. Award will be made based on best value to the government. Best value will be based upon review of price and delivery.
