Summary (English)	Ordinance-Law 84-036 of 28 August 1984 related to the creation and the organization of the Zaïran Civil Guard . It creates a unit charged to take care of public security, to ensure and to restore order on all the national borders or any other place they are assigned to. It is composed of 4 titles: title I deals with the general provisions, title II with the general organization, title III with the equipment, the allocations and the missions and title IV states the final provisions. (33 articles; col. 5-9).
(French)	Ordonnance-Loi n° 84-036 du 28 août 1984 portant création et organisation de la Garde Civile du Zaïre. Elle crée une unité chargée de veiller à la sécurité publique, d’assurer et de rétablir l’ordre public sur toutes les frontières nationales ou sur tout autre lieu lui assigné. Elle comprend 4 titres : titre I traite des dispositions générales, titre II de l’organisation générale, titre III parle des équipements, attributions et missions et titre IV énonce des dispositions finales. (33 articles ; col. 5-9).
