{description}   KENNEDY SPACE CENTER, FLA. Excitement builds among the news media
                gathered in the NASA Newsroom the night before launch. The
                countdown for the launch of Space Shuttle Discovery on Return to
                Flight mission STS-114 is under way for an anticipated liftoff at
                3:51 p.m. EDT July 13. During its 12-day mission, Discoverys
                seven-person crew will test new hardware and techniques to
                improve Shuttle safety, as well as deliver supplies to the
                International Space Station.
