If you are using Mozilla Firefox

You must have the most current version – 3.0.5
You must enable SSL 3.0
You must enable TLS 1.0

To enable SSL 3.0 and TLS 1.0 in Firefox

Go to Tools – Options – Advanced
Click the encryption tab
Under Protocols, ensure that both boxes are checked

If you are unable to modify these settings, you may access the site at this temporary link until August 30, 2009.

If you are using Internet Explorer

You must have the most current version – IE 6.0 or IE 7.0
You must enable SSL 3.0
You must enable TLS 1.0

To enable SSL 3.0 and TLS 1.0 in Internet Explorer

Go to Tools – Internet Options – Advanced
Scroll down to security
Ensure that both SSL 3.0 and TLS 1.0 are checked
