BOSTON – Senator John Kerry, Chairman of the Senate Committee on Small Business and Entrepreneurship today announced that Digital Federal Credit Union of Marlborough has been named on of the "Top 50 Small & Medium Companies to Work for in America" in the U.S. by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Great Places to Work Institute.

The SHRM's list, which is in its fourth year, identifies 25 small and 25 medium-sized companies that use successful management strategies and have highly productive, satisfied staffs. Each company was evaluated via employee responses to questions about motivation and workplace culture. Digital Federal Credit Union was one of only three Massachusetts businesses granted a place on the list.
