HOUSING PRESERVATION GRANTS.  This Instruction is partially revised to amend the definition of “Organization” to include the eligibility of faith-based and community organizations for the Housing Preservation Grants (HPG) Program.  As a result, this will enable more faith-based and smaller community based organizations to apply for the HPG funding.

Exhibit D is partially revised to amend the paragraph so that new applicants applying for HPG funds. Who do not have previous HPG experience, are able to score high enough to receive HPG funding.
