| The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is conducting a federal employee group life insurance (FEGLI) open season from September 1 through September 30, 2004.At the beginning of the Open Season, you will receive a FEGLI 2004 Open Season Enrollment Packet at your home address. This packet will contain a special Open Season Election Form (FE-2004) to be used for FEGLI 2004 Open Season elections only.Completed FE-2004 Open Season Election Forms should be mailed to:Department of Homeland SecurityCBP Burlington, Office of Human ResourcesSustainment, Benefits and Performance70 Kimball AvenueSouth Burlington, Vermont 05403-6813Your election form must be signed and received by September 30, 2004.
