Beginning with this week's analysis, all data from PRN09/GPS39 is weighted
normally. Additionally, according to the file gpn3.txt obtained from
tycho.usno.navy.mil, PRN26/GPS26 was scheduled unusable on day 224 (August 12)
from 00:30 UT for up to 12 hours for repositioning. We have therefore deweighted
data from this satellite for this day's analysis.
WARNING: Due to the maneuver of PRN26/GPS26, data from this satellite have been deweighted for day 224 (August 12, 1993).
