Christopher Ho is a Senior Staff Attorney, at The Legal Aid Society-Employment Law Center in San Francisco. Much of Mr. Ho's current practice involves extending the protection of federal law to undocumented workers and addressing language-based discrimination. He represents clients in leading national origin, race, and immigrant discrimination cases. Mr. Ho, who graduated from Stanford Law School in 1987, and holds an undergraduate degree from Yale and a masters in Government from Harvard, was co-counsel on Garcia v. Spun Steak Co., a leading Title VII/English-only case, and the recent case, Rivera v. NIBCO, Inc., where the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals affirmed entry of a protective order preventing an employer from using the Title VII discovery process to obtain immigration status information.
