Re: Zener Diode Characteristics



Tom, Tom and Sarah.
these are zeners from the 1st purchase. 300V nominal, smaller caging,
right? the second purchase was lower in voltage 250V. both are good
for new board, but my recollection is that the second bunch was with
higher precision.
