[SC06xmon] infrastructure drawing

Attached is an infrastructure diagram I made while fooling around with 
omnigraffle. I am not suggesting we include anything with such a 
phenomenally low content/ink ratio in the paper, but since it's there, I 
figure it wouldn't hurt to check that we all agree on the absolute 
basics of the infrastructure.
