This solicitation is a 100% Small Business Set Aside, the contract will be Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity from FY08 to FY12 (5 years). The total quantity over the five year contract is approximately 40,000 each MK3 Pallets. The IDIQ contra ct will include a minimum of 1,000 per year and a maximum approximate quantity of 5,909 to 8,477 per year. MK3 Pallets are Steel Pallets used for shipping and storage of various ordnance items. Offers for commercial pallets will not be considered. Solic itation issue date is on or about 07 June 2007 with a closing date in approximately 45 days. Award will be based on Best Value criteria identified in the solicitation. Technical Data Packages (TDP) are rated Distribution D and will not be available on th e internet. Requests for TDP should be emailed to kate.westfall@us.army.mil. All TDP requests must include contractors cage code and business size. Contractors must be registered in Joint Certification Program (JCP) at: www.dlis.dla.mil/ to receive the TDP.
