Perfecting of primary HIV-infection primary prevention on the basis of anonymous interrogatory.

BACKGROUND. In conditions of a modern pandemic of HIV-infection, deciding value gain development and execution of tutors within the framework of primary prevention. METHODS. Sociological research with using of the specially designed questionnaire containing checks problems for definition of a level of knowledge on a problem HIV/AIDS. RESULTS. During 1999-2000 anonymous interrogatory was conducted among 312 respondents in the age of 14-25 years, including students of Moscow State University of Medicine and Dentistry, students of medical college and schoolboys. More than 50% of respondents have estimated the knowledge highly enough. Absence of knowledge have indicated in 10,3 % students of medical college and 6,8 % - students of university. From 81,4 % (schoolboys) up to 27,9 % (students) have marked as a primary source of the information TV and radio set. 25,3 % schoolboys and 98,7 % students used special literature. The availability of the improperly generated stereotypes is detected concerning the factors of transmission HIV, groups of hazard and necessary size of preventive measures. 76,7 % of the schoolboys admitted transmission HIV through subjects of a life, water, nutrition, insects. Among substratums, in which can be HIV, 91,3 % interrogated have marked a blood, 87,2 % - sperm. 6,2 % had unstable knowledge of main biosubstratums, to which the infection HIV is bound. CONCLUSIONS. The outcomes of sociological research were taken into account at development of the methodical guidelines on reading the lectures and carrying out of occupations among the students and pupils.
