Use your browser's 'File/Save As' option to save this entire page 
in your SHARP/RAOB directory (this text at the bottom won't matter).  

The default name for the saved file will be 'get_sharp.cgi'.  
Rename this file to 
                    DE000000.CYP

and you should be able to run SHARP.

If SHARP doesn't recognize this site, you can update SHARP's
location.dat file by following the instructions pointed
to by the '?' link on the previous page.

You will probably NOT be able to modify this sounding in SHARP if the
dewpoint is missing.  HOWEVER, if you change the missing surface
dewpoint in the TTBB portion of the report from '//' to '99', you will
be able to modify the sounding if SHARP reads the sounding at all.
