SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE IN

LOS ANGELES, CA



The United States Government seeks to lease class ‘A’ contiguous office space. The space offered must consist of approximately 116,130 rentable square feet in the Los Angeles, CA. The space should yield 100,983 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet.



There must be a minimum of three hundred-twenty-eight (328) secure reserved structured parking spaces available onsite.



The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area:



NORTH: West Magnolia Blvd. to San Fernando Road

SOUTH: Interstate 10

EAST: San Fernando Road to State Highway 2 to US Highway 101

WEST: Western Avenue to US Highway 101 to CA-170 to Magnolia Blvd.



The proposed lease is for twenty (20) years firm and should be fully serviced.



Space must be ready for occupancy no later than April 1, 2010.



The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. No subleases allowed.



All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building’s ownership. In no event shall the Offeror enter into negotiations or discussions concerning the space to be leased with representatives of any Federal agency other than the General Services Administration (GSA) Contracting Officer or their authorized broker representative, CB Richard Ellis no subleases will be considered. The GSA Contracting Officer is Bryan Bowman, 415-522-3239.
